Managing Director, Rob Wilkins is an extremely well regarded consultant within the house building sector and has sold and acquired land on behalf of clients for over thirty years. His experienced professional knowledge and impartial advice has been the foundation of his significant industry reputation.

With over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector, Director, Jane Adams has provided thorough and detailed market appraisals and valuations which provide the invaluable knowledge for her clients on which to base their decision making. Jane is also experienced in S106 Viability Studies and has strategically reduced/removed contributions for her clients.  Jane is an associate member of the R.I.C.S.

Gill Sabin has extensive and wide ranging experience at senior director level for national and regional housebuilders across all market sectors. Gill also has extensive expertise in mentoring and coaching those who are newly promoted into senior management positions. Her relevant ability and skills in new homes sales and marketing has been honed over almost 30 years in the industry.
